POSITION: Helper-horticulturist or Horticulturist

We are looking for a candidate for a full position (40h), seasonal for an approximate period of 7 to 9 months.

FUNCTIONS

1. Opening and closing works of the grounds and gardens.
2. Planting and maintenance of annuals, trees and perennials.
3. All landscaping work such as weeding, lawn mowing, manual watering, where necessary and other related tasks.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Considered asset: Degree in Horticulture
• Experience required in the field: 1 to 6 months
• Valid class 5 license.
• Ability to drive terrain and landscaping vehicles.
• Ability to handle gardening and horticulture tools.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Very good physical condition.
• Punctuality, reliability, availability, autonomy and sense of organization are sought-after qualities.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

• Seasonal position, SEASON 2021, 40 hours per week.
• Approximate start date: April 15, 2021, for an approximate period of 7-9 months
• Daytime schedule and every other weekend
• Number of positions to be filled: 6
